I have had a fair crack at Burst Limit, I think it is more of a rental for me. Agree with the reviewer though, the graphics are superb.
This concept is something I would never have expected, fan reaction will be interesting. I guess we will find out at E3 if this hypothesis is correct. Interesting idea though.
Though the original 360 controller will be used for probably 95% of games, I actually really like the thought of motion controls (done well) for a select few titles. Banjo would be a great game to launch this new controller.
I actually haven't really played any of the games in the series foe extended periods. If I got this one, would I know what's going on with the story?

Once I start with this game I just can't put it down. I agree with the review, it's certainly a 9/10 game.
Another hypocritical decision by the OFLC (Australia's classification board), I don't understand how something like dismemberment (NG2) can pass classification, yet a real-world prescribed drug cannot be mentioned in the game. God it's frustrating.
Though It must be noted that the game will likely be slightly changed (ie call the damn thing Norphine for all I care) and then it will be resubmitted for classification.
I haven't played NG2 yet, after reading this review maybe I should just give it a go. I need an 'Oldschool' Challenge :)
I didn't know that about the Fallout 3 Limited edition. Or was that the one that was exclusive to Amazon or something?

I only played Grid for small amount of time but I think it's bloody fantastic. I'm not usually 'into' the racing genre, but Grid is just fun.

Obviously a drop in price is a good thing. The casual gamers look at the price of a console as one of the main incentives to purchase a particular console. I don't see how people can spin this in a bad way, the consumers are benefiting from such things, how can that be bad?
If that $100 price drop in NZ is true, hopefully Australia will follow suit.
I think most 'gamers' would prefer to own physical copies of games. Of course there are positives to digital distribution but in it's current state at least, Australian infrastructure is certainly not ready for DD on a large scale.

I think Fable 2 has a good chance of being a stellar 360 game, hopefully some love will be returned with that game :)
It's so refreshing seeing an unbiased review, especially coming from a 360 dedicated site. I have been gaming for a long time, but the current console wars take the cake in being the most ridiculous of all the video games wars.
This game is truly a masterpiece, Kojima's vision has come to life and we as gamers get to experience this, it's a great time to be a gamer.

I actually don't think any system will reach 100mil units sold (maybe the Wii), there is just too much competition now. The PS2 basically had a free run at the market, but now with 2 other major competitors It will definitely be an uphill battle.
My statement is in no way indicative of the quality of the PS3, I mean it's a damn good system, yet the market has certainly changed. Anyway thats just my opinion.
I only ever played the demo on XBLA, maybe I should give the full game a go. Need a good challenge.
Im really excited about E3, though waking up to see the press conferences (MS conference starts at 3:30am in Aus) is going to be a pain.
